For breakfast, expect to see items like a pimento ham biscuit with spring greens and a soft scramble with caramelized onions and bacon on a brioche bun.
Bette’s lunch boxes come with a sandwich of your choice, one side, a homemade deviled egg, and an “upcake” (more on that below) to round things out. Sandwich options include items like roast beef and provolone, “nutty chicken salad” with pecans and grapes, and homemade egg salad.
There’s an array of salads on offer, as well as pulled pork sandwiches and a fried shrimp po’boy.
For dessert, there are upcakes, which are essentially a cupcake turned upside-down, with icing on all sides.
