Tracey went from a successful career in nursing to pursue her Dixie Picnic dream in 2005. She has a BSN from Penn State University, a MS in Nurse Anesthesia from St. Joseph University, and attended The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College restaurant management program. Her areas of expertise and responsibility include concept and menu development, talent procurement and training, PR and social media. She is also the executive chef.
Dean has spent the bulk of his career working in corporate accounting at the executive level for several international firms during periods of start-up and rapid growth. He has a BS in accounting from Penn State University. His areas of expertise and responsibility at Dixie Picnic are finance and accounting, contract negotiations, oversight of legal and insurance matters, and business development and strategic planning.
Cameron has been with Dixie Picnic since day one. He has a BS in Food Science from Penn State University. His responsibilities and areas of expertise are oversight of menu development, recipe and procedure development, food safety and sanitation, training and team management, administration of website, point of sale, and online ordering systems.
Front of House Manager
Prior to his arrival at Dixie Picnic in 2013 Geoff successfully managed three retail Hot Topic locations in two different states. His attention to detail and time management skills along with his customer service background make him an important mentor and role model within the organization. His photography skills have served Dixie Picnic well as he takes an active part in Dixie Picnic’s social media postings on a daily basis.
