When Bette was a small child, she would annoy Aunt Bertha endlessly by eating only the iced tops of her cupcakes. So one day Aunt Bertha got wise, turned her cupcakes upside-down and iced all three sides. Sure enough, Bette devoured the entire cupcake because now there was icing enough for every bite.
Over the years the only thing that has changed about the way our upcakes are made is that now there are more flavors than ever. We use the same authentic ingredients, including butter, natural flavors from real fruits, nuts, chocolate, and spices. Believe us when we say that taste buds accustomed to so much processed food will come alive when they discover the way food used to taste.

We can’t possibly have every icing on every type of cake every day, but if you come into the store we usually have Devil’s Food Cake, Yellow Cake, Pineapple Banana Cake, and Fresh Gingerbread on hand. If you give us 24 hours advance notice we can also make Red Velvet Cake and Cherry Cake.
