At Dixie Picnic we want you to savor the quality of your meal, and appreciate the work and craftsmanship that went into preparing it. For those of you who want to know more about some of the traditional, artisan, and local foods we offer, we invite you to peruse the links below. (These links will take you to sites outside of www.dixiepicnic.com)
LeBus Bakery

Located in King of Prussia, PA, LeBus Bakery has been providing fine breads, rolls, and pastries to the Philadelphia area since 1978. While we make and bake many breads ourselves, we trust LeBus to provide us with excellent multi-grain, country white, and marble rye breads for our sandwiches.

Morning Star Coffee

An award-winning coffee roasting company who roasts their beans right down the road in West Chester, PA. Bags of Morning Star Coffee beans are available for purchase at Dixie Picnic!

Numi Organic Tea

At Dixie Picnic we serve a variety of USDA certified organic Numi herbal teas. In addition, we serve unsweetened Numi High Mountain black iced tea. As the Numi website describes it: "The finest black iced tea made with single-estate, whole leaf, organic black tea leaves, bursting with rich flavors. It brews to an amber liquor low in astringency and clean on the palate."

Champlain Valley Creamery

Carleton Yoder founded Champlain Valley Creamery to put his graduate degree in Food Science to work hand-crafting award-winning, organic cheeses. We are proud to serve Champlain Valley Creamery's organic old fashion cream cheese with our breakfasts. Unlike the gummy brick you'll find at the supermarket, CVC's cream cheese contains no stabilizers or fillers.

Boylan Bottling Co.

Boylan's vintage soda pop is made with 100% pure cane sugar, not high fructose corn syrup, for a crisper taste and a cleaner finish than any big name soda brand. Boylan's is great for those who are looking for soda that "tastes the way soda used to".

Smithfield Ham

A traditional Southern classic, Smithfield Ham is a country ham, which means that it is dry cured using salt (and lots of it). Only hams produced under strict requirements are allowed by law to be called genuine Smithfield hams. The dry curing process brings out and builds on the delicious flavor of this ham, and we slice it paper thin for our sandwiches and ham biscuits so you can enjoy every last bit.
