The only way we feel like we've done out job right at Dixie Picnic is if everyone leaves with a smile on their face. If you have questions, complaints, special requests, or just want to tell us what a great job we did, there are several ways to contact us:

  • Call us on the store phone at 484.320.8024

  • Email us at info@dixiepicnic.com. Any emails sent to this address are automatically forwarded to Tracey, Dean, and Cameron (the owners and managers), so someone is bound to get back to you within a day or two.

  • Send us a fax at 484.320.8017. Faxing us is a great option if you are ordering box lunches for the whole office or for a large group. You can use our box lunch order form to take everyone's order (write their name next to each lunch if you would like the boxes labeled with a name) and fax it in to us. Please call us after you have sent your fax to ensure that we have received it, and please allow 24 hour notice for orders of six or more. We also have an Upcake order form that you can fax to us. Please be aware that not all flavors are available at all times. If a flavor is not available we will call you to discuss options.
